National Youth Entrepreneurship Programme, Bhutan
End-to-end digital infrastructure for Bhutan's national youth entrepreneurship programme, a public-facing website connected to a multi-role web application covering applicant registration, cohort management, mentorship coordination, facilitator assessment, and operational data management. New features and modules were developed urgently during live operations, and the first cohort's registration data was migrated from a temporary system into the platform. The solution was deployed on AWS at launch and later migrated to GovTech infrastructure, with ByteTech Labs supporting three full programme cohorts.
