Pelsung
The Guardians of Prosperity
End-to-end digital infrastructure for Pelsung, The Guardians of Prosperity, a public-facing website connected to a multi-role web application covering applicant registration, cohort management, mentorship coordination, facilitator assessment, and operational data management. New features and modules were developed urgently during live operations, and the first cohort's registration data was migrated from a temporary system into the platform. The solution launched on cloud infrastructure and was later upgraded onto sovereign GovTech infrastructure, with ByteTech Labs supporting three full programme cohorts.
